What is the total delivery time for my order?

The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts, the processing time and the shipping time, as shown below.

 

Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves our building. Shipping time is from when the item leaves our building to when it arrives at your door. See shipping time below.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping option you choose during checkout.  All of our products are hand crafted and custom made in Gilbert, AZ and ship from our building within 2-3 weeks. Shipping times apply to shipments in the continental United States. For shipments sent to Alaska and Hawaii there will be additional shipping time.

How are my shipping costs determined?

FramedWallArt.com has partnered with UPS to ship all of our products.  We work very hard to bring you the lowest possible shipping costs.  During the checkout process, you will be provided a list of shipping options and rates.  These rates are calculated in real time from UPS and are determined using the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address.  Expedited shipping options are available.  Simply specify which shipping method you would like to take advantage of during the checkout process.
