Returns
The Raymond Designs return policy is simple. You can return any product within 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund less a 15% restocking fee.
If you need to return a product, please contact us via the Contact Us page on our website. Please include the order number. Our shipping department will send you a return airbill to use when returning the product. Raymond Designs will pay the return shipping cost. Once the product has been returned, we will refund your credit card the full purchase price minus the 15% restocking fee.
